The winner of FinNode’s Web-2-Mobile business plan competition, Mobile Backstage is an application for mobile phones enabling music fans to stay in contact with their favorite artist and to share digital content with other users. It is a tool that strengthens the connection between the fan and the star and offers exclusive artist-created content directly to fans.
Mobile Backstage was launched commercially in July 2010. Prior to that it was beta tested and piloted by You Me At Six (EMI UK), Enter Shikari (Atlantic Records UK), Dizzee Rascal (PIAS UK), Michael Monroe (USA/FIN), The Temper Trap (PIAS UK) and Ensiferum (FIN).
